But, in my opinion, this should not concern you, since (sensibly implemented) system randomness is designed specifically to abstract this away. This is with notify-level set to spam, but no other change to the notify-level-display setting: Code: Select allDirectStart: Starting the game.

I remember saying "framebuffer" all the time..... Then I commented out the openGL line and uncommented the 9X line. EDIT: Or is the issue that RAND_bytes() uses the pre-existing contents of the output buffer as input for the entropy pool?
Since passing marks on randomness tests apparently aren't good enough. I was getting a consistent 150-175 fps on all maps. Wasn't sure what to include to the dxdiag report so I just included everything, hope this helps. ...TheHersh13 1d 1d FPS Drops Hey All, I recently installed a new video card And to suggest people may see results like this and feel justified choosing the above while loop over randomBytes() because our implementation is so much slower. — You are receiving this

What on earth makes you say that? I tried DirectX8, DirectX9, and OpenGL options on Toontown. Not really any different than I got out of the Toontown log, but I'll post it here to see if it's a good clue for someone to read. I'm going to be frank, here: Attempting to justify away security issues is downright irresponsible, and possibly dangerous.

My best guess is that the BMP format is doing it somehow, but I don't know why it's even saving as a BMP, as I have two JPG screenshots from before useful source In future versions of the Linux Kernel /dev/urandom will feature a ChaCha20-based DRBG construct similar to that of OpenBSD's arc4random. Sound Tab 1: No problems found. Node.js calls RAND_poll() at start-up so I think we're immune from that (provided system entropy is reliable.) This is because OpenSSL relies on the system CSPRNG to seed it. What exactly are the use-cases?
Demonstrating it'll be more complex to generate reliable throughput benchmarks, and that we may run the risk of making it slow enough that it won't be used. It's safe to use and seed from, may I ask why you're specifically using OpenSSL's RNG? This is about risks that come with real-life consequences. have a peek at these guys If the next Windows or FreeBSD release has a flawed PRNG, that will compromise node.js.
