Give the snap shot a name that you will remember and make sure the Append date + time to the end of the snapshot name checkbox is checked. You can check by opening SpywareBlaster and clicking on "Updates" at the left. i tried uninstalling spywareblaster, then uninstalling bitdefender and then reinstalling bitdefender like the softewin livesupport told me but i had no success.
