Netgear Router Won't Turn On After Power Outage

If i connect an ethernet cable to my computer from my router I do get internet. Hold the reset button for 30 seconds, reach down and unplug the router but do NOT let go of the reset button and hold it for 30 more seconds, Plug the Advertisements do not imply our endorsement of that product or service.
